Martin exceeded expectations with the introduction of the 000-28EC line back in the mid ’90s. This is one exceptionally fine example with some of the finest woods we’ve ever seen from the beginning of the series to-date! The rosewood is Classic Martin straight grain select with a spruce top that is pure tone wood! Check out the mahogany neck…killer guitar!
How does it sound…? This is one for the books… very well balanced, articulate and piano-esq instrument that will get better and better in time! It’s all about the woods! This Martin EC, and we have had dozens here in our shop, rings all the bells and is in “as new, virtually unplayed” condition.
