This is the one you’ve been searching for…ultra rare 1966 Guild Starfire 12 string, in wine red and gold hardware. This beauty was setup for a Beatles Gear photo shoot as part of a collection celebrating various pieces they played over the years. Refer to pages 372 and 373 in Beatles Gear as an example of the model John Lennon played. The original pickups, knobs and bridge are included and inside the OHSC.
This beauty is in excellent condition from tip to toe. Brilliant finish still glows with the gold accents! Neck is dead straight, almost zero fret and board wear!
The neck is killer, making this hard to put down. 12 strings never felt so effortless, with a sound that will knock your sox off. Beatles, Byrds to Petty…this is THE ONE.
Comes with the original hard case and two extra sets of pickups/rings with the rosewood bridge and original knobs .
